double cream

Method

Step 1
Brew the coffee (200 mL) .
Step 2
Put the coffee liqueur (25 mL) in a handled glass and add the sugar (4 g) and coffee.
Step 3
Stir well, then drizzle a layer of double cream (20 mL) over the back of a spoon so that it floats on top. Serve immediately.
