Due to high demand, we are experiencing delays processing returns via Royal Mail, Hermes and our Simply Foods stores. Rest assured we are working very closely with our carrier partners and returns centre to process these as quickly as we can, but in the meantime, please allow up to 18 days before contacting us. Alternatively, you can return your order in one of our Clothing & Home stores, which are all now open.
