  • Your Sparks card will be stored in the M&S App if you’ve scanned it in. Alternatively, you can pick up a new card in store and link the new number to your account. You can do this in the M&S App or in your Sparks account online.

  • No, you can access your new digital Sparks card in the M&S app. This can be scanned on the till straight from your phone. Alternatively, you can simply continue using the same Sparks card you’ve always had.

  • Until the 31st October 2020, free tote bags will be available in all stores in the UK, excluding BP garages.

  • Every time you scan your Sparks card online or in store, you get the chance to get the shopping you are buying for free, right there and then. Every week in every store, a customer will be treated to everything in their shopping basket, on us!

  • Sparks does not operate in BP garages or any of our international stores, including the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands.

  • The changes to Sparks do not affect any points you collect with M&S Bank.

  • On iOS, click on the app store, choose the M&S app and click download. On Android, open the Play Store, choose the M&S app and click install.

  • You can still check your offers online at MarksandSpencer.com and our store colleagues can also check and activate the majority of your offers in stores for you, so you don’t miss out.
