Sparks FAQs

  • Sparks is our customer reward scheme. Sparks gives you the chance to receive little treats and thank yous, get your shopping for free and we'll make a donation to your chosen Sparks charity every time you shop.

  • To join Sparks download the M&S app to your device or visit www.marksandspencer.com/sparks. You can use Sparks straight from your device when using the M&S app.
  • Sparks does not operate in our BP petrol station locations or any of our stores outside the UK and ROI. Sparks cannot be used on the Ocado website. You can use Sparks when shopping on the M&S website, the M&S app, or in store.

  • To use your colleague discount online, you need to have a M&S.com account. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one here.

    If you have an account and are using your colleague discount for the first time, you can register your Sparks account here. Once registered, your colleague discount card will be added to your M&S.com account and your discount will automatically apply at the checkout.

    If you have a colleague discount card registered to your account and are looking to amend or remove it, please follow the below steps:

    1. Log in to your M&S.com account
    2. Select “Your Account” then “Go to your account”
    3. Select “About You” under the “your details” section
    4. At the bottom of the page you can amend/remove your colleague discount.
    5. Select save to update your details.

  • You won’t always have offers in your Sparks hub, but keep checking back as new ones will appear.

  • We don’t guarantee a birthday offer to every customer, but the more you shop with Sparks, the more likely you are to be in with the chance of a free treat, or having your shopping paid for by us.

  • You’ll still continue to receive your regular offers as before.

  • You will find all your treats in your Sparks account. Make sure you also opt in to receive Sparks marketing communications to get the most out of Sparks, as we’ll send you an email every time a new treat arrives.

  • Any clothing item can be exchanged for a different size of the same product and, in line with your statutory rights, any faulty item will be replaced.

  • You will find out at the till in store or when you checkout online. A lucky transaction is chosen at random in every store and online every week. Please see full details in our T&Cs

Sparks Terms & Conditions

    • In order to be eligible for Sparks, you must be a UK resident for the entire period for which you are a Sparks customer and unless you are an M&S employee, you must be aged 18 years or over. No corporate or business use or participation. Colleagues may be excluded from any aspect of the reward scheme at any time at our discretion. See individual Benefit terms and conditions for more information and qualification. Eligibility will be revoked and we may withhold Benefits if your account is terminated.

    • Your account is not transferable once activated. Activate and register your Sparks account at marksandspencer.com/sparks with your Sparks number and email address to receive your Benefits. You will need to provide a valid mobile or landline number and postal address. Without a valid email address, you will not receive all the regular Benefits associated with Sparks. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your personal details are kept up to date and M&S will not be responsible for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communications if you do not do so.

    • As a Sparks customer you will have access to a variety of Benefits, you just need to use your Sparks when you shop either online or in store (excluding BP Connect and Channel Island stores). Each Benefit is free to participate in. You will receive offers and promotions personalised to you. By using Sparks, you will also be eligible to receive a variety of Benefits such as: (i) receive the value of your shopping for free at the checkout for all transactions which do not include: a) alcohol in Scotland and Wales; b) gift cards; or c) Pay with Me* ("Qualifying Transactions"); (ii) the chance to get thousands worth of shopping for free in M&S e-gift cards; and (iii) product giveaways (such as product gifts from our in-store bakery and apothecary). We will also reward our most loyal customers with "little treats" as a thank you. Recipients of these Benefits are selected at random from all eligible Sparks customers. Inclusions and exclusions will apply and are subject to change. Details of the current Benefits can be found here nd this will be updated from time to time.

      *Pay With Me is a convenient and optional way to pay for your shop in selected participating stores where an M&S colleague can process the payment for your shop on a handheld device away from a fixed till point

      Benefits may change from time to time, they are subject to availability and if necessary may be substituted by M&S. Product giveaways are redeemable in store only and may be time limited. We reserve the right to withhold Benefits due to eligibility. Discount card holders shall not be entitled to receive the e-gift card Benefit. Benefits are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. M&S reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, void, suspend, modify or supersede any of the Benefits at any time if it believes that the draw to select a Benefit recipient is not capable, or is likely not to be capable, of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug, or other technical issue or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of M&S that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the draw). Benefits are awarded randomly by an algorithm to a prescribed average and therefore the frequency with which each Benefit is awarded may vary temporarily from the value stated, or we may change the frequency from time to time where that change is to your benefit. For the avoidance of doubt, the promoter of the Benefits is M&S, of Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1NW.

      M&S shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the intended recipient of any Benefit or other entrants, including those that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in any draw for a Benefit or the awarding of any Benefit; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of a Benefit; (c) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond M&S’ control that may cause the allocation or awarding of the Benefits to be disrupted or corrupted. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way M&S’ liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

      If you select a Sparks-supported charity or good cause at registration, M&S will donate 1p (one pence) to your chosen cause for each transaction you make with us, excluding refunds. This donation is made to the Charities Aid Foundation (registered charity number 268369) who will, in its discretion pass on your donation to your chosen cause. From 10th October 2023 any new or existing customer who has not selected a Sparks-supported charity or good cause at registration will have their donations sent to Young Minds (Charity Numbers 1016968 & SC039700). You may change your chosen cause at any time by logging into the M&S App, visiting Sparks and clicking the ‘Change Charity’ link under your chosen charity. From time to time, M&S may increase the value or frequency of charity or good cause donations as part of a time limited campaign or activity. M&S will give notice to customers of these campaign or activities via in store and online marketing messages.

    • You can terminate your account online at marksandspencer.com within your account by giving us notice. On termination any and all benefits accrued will be lost. We can terminate your account immediately if at any time, you are, or we reasonably suspect you may be, acting fraudulently, criminally or are otherwise in breach of these terms. If your account has been inactive for 12 months or you have duplicate accounts under the same Sparks customer identification number we will review it and, in our discretion, may choose to suspend your account. If your account has been inactive for 4 years or more, then we may, at our discretion, terminate your Sparks account. Please note that, if your Sparks account is terminated, any Sparks Pay account that you have entered into with Marks & Spencer Financial Services plc ("Sparks Pay"), will also be terminated.

    • We can make changes to the eligibility requirements, the Benefits, and the terms of the reward scheme at any time if we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that the change is to your benefit, or is required for the continuing administration of the reward scheme. Material changes will be communicated to you via the M&S app, SMS, email or postal communication where we have been provided with contact details by you. In the event that you are no longer eligible for the reward scheme as a result of changes made to the eligibility requirements, your account will be terminated following two months' notice of the changes. The preceding sentence will only apply where you become ineligible for the reward scheme in its entirety due to changes made to the eligibility requirements.

      We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the reward scheme at any time giving customers two months' notice of termination in writing (via email or postal communications). Termination or withdrawal of the reward scheme, as well as changes to the eligibility requirements that mean you are no longer eligible for the reward scheme, will also result in withdrawal or cancellation of any linked Sparks Pay. These terms are correct as of April 2022, and may be updated from time to time by M&S. Current terms are available at marksandspencer.com.

    • Your personal information obtained by us in connection with the reward scheme will be used in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy (available here). In particular, it will be used to administer the reward scheme, provide you with Benefits and to keep you updated by post, email and text messaging. By joining the reward scheme, you agree to receive post, email and SMS updates from us about the reward scheme and your Benefits. You can opt out of any marketing communications that we may send you by updating your preferences online at marksandspencer.com.     • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the reward scheme and our dealings with you in the courts of England and Wales, unless your address is in:

      Scotland (where it will be dealt with by the courts of Scotland); or

      Northern Ireland (where it will be dealt with by the courts of Northern Ireland).

Sparks Rewards & Benefits

  • About the Promotion

    1. The promoter is Marks and Spencer plc, Waterhouse House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW ("M&S").

    2. M&S is a registered data controller with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number Z6046528). We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws.     3. When shopping in store or online, M&S Sparks customers are given the chance to win the contents of their shopping basket for free when using their Sparks card at check out. These chances are offered in three (3) different formats, collectively referred to as the “Promotions”. The three (3) formats of the Promotions are:

    a. Weekly Sparks Giveaway

    i. Each week, one Sparks customer in each store (exclusions detailed in these terms and conditions apply) and one Sparks customer online, will win their shopping for free when applying Sparks at the checkout.

    b. New Store Opening Sparks Giveaways

    i. In addition to our weekly Sparks giveaway, we will increase the number of customers who can receive their shopping for free when opening a new M&S store. This is increased from one customer per week, to one customer per day in any new M&S store.

    ii. The first Extra Sparks Giveaways Promotions will be held on the 19th August 2023. M&S will aim to draw eight (8) winners at random per store, and one hundred and forty four (144) winners at random online, between the hours of 00.01 until 23.59.

    c. Extra Sparks Giveaways

    i. From time to time, M&S will increase the number of chances a customer has to win their shopping for free when applying Sparks at the checkout in each M&S store (exclusions detailed in these terms and conditions apply) and online. M&S will give notice to customers of these Extra Sparks Giveaways via in store and online marketing messages.

    4. The Promotions are open only to permanent UK residents and employees of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies all of whom are aged 18 or over.

    5. Eligible Sparks customers have a chance to win every time they complete an online or in store transaction during the promotional period. No entries on behalf of third parties are permitted.

    6. Sparks customer transactions instore or online in Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales that include alcohol products will be exempt from the Promotions as will any transactions that include gift card products in England, Northern Ireland, Scotland or Wales. Customers making these transactions will not be eligible to win.

    7. The Promotions will only run for the duration of the promotional period. The start date and duration of each promotional period shall be determined at the sole discretion of M&S.

    8. By entering these Promotions, you agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the decisions of M&S and to receive email notifications from M&S in relation to the prize draw.

    How to enter the Promotions

    9. The details of the Promotions (including the duration of the promotional period) will be notified to customers via in store and online marketing. The Weekly Sparks Giveaways run on an ongoing basis, the New Store Opening Sparks Giveaways run for the first week of a new store opening and the Extra Sparks Giveaways (which may carry a variety of promotional names) run from time to time, at M&S' discretion.

    Choosing the winners

    In Store

    10. Per participating store, M&S will aim to draw multiple (subject to live Promotions) winners at random per day. The winners will be drawn by a digital randomisation tool (BEAM Platform). The prizes will be awarded to eligible entries, drawn at random.

    11. The winner selection process is based on the number of transactions per hour in the participating store. If, in the case of multiple winners, towards the end of the promotional day, there is an insufficient number of transactions within the hour to conduct a fair prize draw, the outstanding number of prizes for that day shall be drawn on the following day.

    12. If the winner is using self-checkout, the self-checkout till will notify the winner immediately by a notification on the screen. If the winner is checking out at a checkout operated by an M&S employee, the M&S employee will notify the winner immediately.

    Online

    13. M&S will aim to retrospectively draw multiple (subject to live Promotions) winners at random per day. The winners will be drawn by a digital randomisation tool (BEAM Platform) after the specific day that the purchase was made, in order for M&S to collate the necessary online sales data. The prize will be awarded to eligible entries, drawn at random.

    14. M&S will notify the winners via email within 10 (ten) working days. The email will ask if the winner wishes to receive the prize.

    The Prizes

    In Store

    15. The winners will each receive their entire shopping basket free of charge when checking out in store. This only includes items that have been scanned prior to the customer receiving notification that they have won the prize draw (the “Instore Prize”).

    16. Customers making multiple transactions may win more than once (subject to live Promotions).

    Online

    17. The winners will each receive a full refund for their online purchase (the "Online Prize").

    18. Customers making multiple transactions may win more than once (subject to live Promotions).

    General

    19. BP Connect and Channel Island stores and any store that is unable to participate due to exceptional circumstances are specifically excluded from each of the Promotions.

    20. For the avoidance of doubt, each of the Promotions detailed above may run in conjunction with one another.

    21. The above Promotions are non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.

    22. Whilst customers are able to return any damaged or faulty goods won in the In Store Promotions, as per M&S' returns policy (https://www.marksandspencer.com/c/help-and-support/returns-and-refunds#intid=footernav_returns-and-refunds) winners are only able to exchange damaged or faulty items for another item of the same category. Any exchange is at the discretion of the relevant M&S Store Manager. For the avoidance of doubt, the customer shall not be entitled to a cash refund, credit note or gift card.

    23. M&S' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

    24. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.

    25. M&S reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or refuse giving any prize if M&S reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of the terms and conditions.

    26. Prize details are correct at date of publication. M&S reserves the right to substitute any element of any prize with a prize of a similar nature and/or value should any original element of the prize become unavailable for any reason.

    27. M&S reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotions if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Promotions are not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of M&S that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Promotions

    28. Winners may be required, subject to their consent, to take part in reasonable post-Promotion publicity for M&S which may include filming, photography or other recordings required by M&S or other third parties for publicity purposes and the winners agree to the use of their personal data for such purposes. This may include featuring in a photograph or video as part of the promotional activity. M&S reserves the right to use the names and general location of winners, their photograph and any recordings of them (be it audio or visual) in any publicity or promotion and M&S has the right to use such photos, videos or films in any medium and in any reasonable manner for any purpose as it may see fit.

    29. The entrant agrees to assign all copyright and intellectual property developed during this Promotions exclusively to M&S.

    30. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way M&S's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Subject to that, M&S shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrant that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the Promotions; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of any prize; (c) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond M&S's control that may cause the Promotions to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the Prize in transit to the winner.

    31. If any of these terms and conditions is found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the other provisions shall continue to apply.

    32. We will do our best to resolve any problems relating to the Promotions. These Promotions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Every time you use your Sparks card (or are logged into your account, if online) during a purchase, you will have a weekly chance to receive a little treat from M&S.

    In addition, when you donate clothing as part of our LETS SHWOP! campaign in selected stores and scan the QR code displayed on promotional décor with a smartphone, you have the chance to receive a treat from Sparks once every 30 days.

    The rewards are selected at random from the eligible Sparks customers and vary in number and type each week. They could be anything, for example Percy Pigs, a box of chocolates, candles from the apothecary range, or other rewards, all to thank you for being a loyal customer.

    These terms and conditions are subject to change. M&S reserves the right to cancel or amend the Sparks product giveaway promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.

  • Some customers have access to free deliveries when shopping online. There are different versions so please check which offer you have been assigned in your Sparks account. View the Terms & Conditions to find out which type of free delivery you have been given, the products which are included and how long you have to use it.

  • 1. You must be a Sparks member in order to purchase a delivery pass. The delivery pass will be added to your Sparks account.

    2. A delivery pass provides you with unlimited standard, next-day and nominated-day delivery with no minimum spend on orders placed on the M&S App or M&S.com for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    3. These Delivery Pass Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the general M&S Delivery Terms and Conditions and all other Terms and Conditions available on M&S.com.

    4. The delivery pass is subject to a fair use policy – it is personal only and should not be used to purchase goods for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes.

    5. The delivery pass is only available for use on orders delivered to the United Kingdom.

    6. Postcode exclusions and delivery service exclusions may apply, please see the general M&S Delivery Terms and Conditions. for more information.

    7. A delivery pass may be used on Clothing, Homeware, Beauty, Wine by the Case and Single Bottles, Hampers and Food Gifting Products only. A delivery pass can not be used on Furniture, Made to Measure Suits, ‘Your School Uniform,’ Christmas Food to Order, Cakes for Collection, E-gift cards, Gift cards, flowers or anything purchased via Ocado.

    8. M&S will use our best efforts to deliver in accordance with the delivery timescale shown at the time of purchase, however very occasionally there may be delays e.g. during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. M&S will not be liable for delayed deliveries and no refund of the Delivery Pass shall be given for delayed delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights

    9. Only one delivery pass can be used per Sparks membership, though you may be charged more than once if you attempt to purchase a delivery pass on a Sparks account where one is already active.

    10. The delivery pass should be active on your Sparks account within 1 hour of purchase. If your delivery pass does not activate within 24 hours, please contact customer services.

    11. M&S reserves the right to withdraw the delivery pass from you at any time if there is reasonable suspicion that you are abusing the fair use policy (for example, sharing the delivery pass with multiple parties). This may or may not result in you receiving a refund.

    12. M&S reserves the right to discontinue the delivery pass product at any time. If M&S discontinue the offer, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining months of your subscription.

    13. If you delete your Sparks account whilst the delivery pass is live, the delivery pass will no longer be active and you will not receive a refund.

    14. If you cancel your delivery pass within 14 days from purchase, and the delivery pass has not yet been used, you can receive a full refund by calling customer services.

    15. No refund will be given if you cancel your delivery pass after 14 days from purchase.

    16. A delivery pass membership can be purchased through M&S.com, the M&S iOS app, or the M&S Android app.

  • Collect a stamp each time you buy a hot drink in the M&S Café with Sparks on the M&S app.

    You’ll earn one stamp per hot drink. Collect six stamps to earn a free hot drink. Once you have collected six stamps, you will receive an offer to claim your seventh hot drink for free. Once you have redeemed your free hot drink you can begin collecting stamps again.

    The transactions in which you earn your six stamps must be completed in full before your free hot drink will be allocated. There may be a short delay between completing your sixth hot drink purchase and receiving your free hot drink offer. Your Sparks card must be presented at time of purchase, both for acquiring stamps and when redeeming your free hot drink. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.

    INCLUDES: Hot drinks from the M&S Café, Marketplace and vending machines only.

The Promotion entitles Sparks customers to free 3-month’s access to the Sparks Days Out platform when they spend £35 or more in a single transaction on qualifying M&S clothing or homeware in store or online (the "Qualifying Purchase"). Sparks Days Out gives customers access to leading discounts and savings on advanced bookings at Days Out attractions throughout the UK including theme parks and days out attractions, cinemas, restaurants and staycation partners.

    7. This Promotion is open only to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over.

    8. The Promotion will be available from 06/05/23 until such time as M&S gives notice to Customers that the Sparks benefit will be coming to an end (the "Promotional Period"). All claims outside of the Promotional Period will be rejected.

    10. Once the initial 3-month’s access to Sparks Days Out has finished, the customer can re-access the platform if they complete another Qualifying Purchase, as per the above criteria.     How to Claim

During the Promotional Period (as defined below), M&S will run a feature on the M&S App and online (the "12 Days of M&S ") By actively participating in the 12 Days of M&S promotion you will have the opportunity to benefit from M&S discounts and M&S free gifts (the "Daily Rewards"). On the 13th December 2023 there will be a Prize Draw, collectively these details describe the "Promotion".

    4. By entering the Promotion, you consent to M&S contacting you by way of email in relation to the 12 Days of M&S. Email recipients wishing to opt out or update their contact preferences, can use the link at the bottom of each M&S email.

    Entering the promotion

    9. The Promotion is open only to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over and members of M&S Sparks. M&S may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion.

    10. The Promotion will run from 00:00 on 1st December 2023 to 23:59 on 12th December 2023 (the "Promotional Period") inclusive.

    11. On each day during the Promotional Period, M&S will make available the Daily Reward for redemption by Sparks customers. Only one Daily Reward will be made available per day during the Promotional Period per Sparks customer. The Daily Reward is available until 23:59 on each day of the Promotion, after which point it will become inaccessible. Customers using the app have an extra 24 hours to access each Daily Reward. Once accessed, each Daily Reward is subject to individual terms and conditions including a redemption period which will be notified to customers within the M&S app and online.

    12. When Sparks customers open the ‘door’ each day to reveal the Daily Reward, the Daily Reward will automatically be added to the customers ‘added offers’ tab in the M&S App or online Sparks account.

    13. New Sparks customers joining between the 1st December 2023 and the 12th December 2023 will have access to the Daily Reward on the day they join Sparks. Customers who download and use the M&S App will also be able to access the previous day’s Daily Reward. Access to the previous day’s Daily Reward is limited to App participants only and will only work up until the 12th of December. Participants can switch to using the App at any point during the Promotion.

    14. M&S discounts, can only be used towards future purchases at M&S stores in the United Kingdom, online at www.marksandspencer.com and via the M&S App. Once a Daily Reward has lapsed it will disappear from the ‘offers added’ tab on your M&S App or online Sparks account. Individual terms and conditions apply to each Daily Reward.

    15. Sparks customers who open all 12 ‘doors’ (online or in the M&S App) during the Promotion, will be entered into a prize draw to win a share of fifty thousand pounds (£50,000) in M&S gift cards. Sparks customers who open at least one (1) door in the M&S App during the Promotion may also win one of two thousand (2000) free M&S products and an additional forty thousand (40,000) free M&S alcohol products. The Prizes are split into the following denominations and number of individual prizes:

    • One (1) ten thousand pounds (£10,000) gift card (the "Grand Prize")

    • Eight thousand (8,000) five pounds (£5.00) gift cards

    • Two thousand (2000) free M&S products (only available to Sparks customers who open at least one (1) door in the M&S App during the Promotion)

    Exclusions

    16. The Promotion will not be available to registered Sparks customers who are not signed into their Sparks account online or via the M&S App. The M&S App can be downloaded from the "App Store" or "Google Play". 

    17. The Promotion is not open to agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion.

    21. Sparks customers who open each of the twelve (12) doors online (outside of the M&S App) will not be eligible to win the two thousand (2000) free M&S products as part of the Prize Draw.

    22. Sparks customers who live in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are not eligible to win the free M&S alcohol products. Customers must be over 18 years to claim these prizes and may be asked to produce a valid photo ID when claiming.

    The Prize Draw

    23. The Prize Draw will take place at the end of the Promotion. Those Sparks customers who have opened all twelve (12) doors between the 1st and 12th December 2023 will be automatically entered into the Prize Draw.

    24. Entrants will be drawn at random from the total file of eligible Sparks customers using a randomisation tool in the BEAM Platform. The draw will be made on or before the 19th December 2023.

    25. In order to be eligible to win one (1) of the two thousand (2000) free M&S products or the forty thousand free M&S alcohol products, Sparks customers must have opened at least one (1) door in the M&S App during the Promotion as well as meeting the criteria set out in the exclusions (see 21 and 22).

    26. Winners of the £5 (five pounds) gift card and free M&S product Prizes will be contacted by M&S via the email address registered to their Sparks account. The email will contain a unique gift card code (that can be spent at M&S in accordance with the gift card terms and conditions (see 18)) or details on how to redeem the free M&S product or free M&S alcohol product.

    27. The winner of the Grand Prize will be contacted by M&S via the email address or telephone number registered to their Sparks account. M&S will discuss the award of the Grand Prize with the winner, including options for publicity (see 6) and make arrangements for a convenient day and time to deliver the award.

    General

    28. The Daily Reward(s) are non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.

    29. M&S’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize Draw.

    30. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.

    Choosing and contacting the winners

    20. English Heritage will contact the winners via the email details provided on the Prize Draw entry form to advise the winners they have won and requesting that the winners respond to accept the Prize.

  • ABBA Voyage prize draw – November 2023

    1. This Prize Draw is being operated by Marks and Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW (“M&S”) and Bicycle Partnerships Ltd with its registered address at W8a Knoll Business Centre, 325-327 Old Shoreham Road, Hove, England, BN3 7GS ("Bicycle Partnerships").

    2. Sparks customers have the opportunity to enter a prize draw for ABBA Voyage during November 2023 (the “Prize Draw”).

    3. Below are the prizes available as part of the Prize Draw, (the “Prize”):

    a. This Prize Draw offers one (1) Sparks customer and up to five (5) of their chosen guests the chance to win tickets to ABBA Voyage.

    b. Tickets include a private dance booth for the entire group, a night’s stay at the Stratford Hotel (based on up to four double rooms for one night to include bed and breakfast). The prize is for up to six (6) guests in total.

    c. Entry to ‘The Oceanbird Lounge’ (at the ABBA Arena) where the guests will have access to complimentary food and drinks from the buffet including sushi and hot and cold bowl food.

    Choosing and contacting the winners

    15. Winners will be chosen at random using a digital randomisation tool within the ‘BEAM’ platform.

    16. M&S will contact the winners within seven (7) business days of the Prize Draw close date via the email details in the Sparks Customer Sparks profile to advise the winners they have won.

    Claiming the Prize

    17. Once the customer has received the winner notification email, they must respond to the email to accept the Prize.

    18. Once accepted, a digital voucher code will be emailed to the winner.

    a. The voucher will be valid for 3 months and must be redeemed by the 31st January 2024.

    b. The voucher will only be redeemable against Mamas & Papas products on M&S.com.

    c. The voucher must be applied to a single transaction of Mamas & Papas products on M&S.com that totals £250 or more. If the full value is not spent in a single transaction then the remaining value will be forfeit.
