Sparks

  • Sparks is our customer reward scheme. Sparks gives you the chance to receive little treats and thank yous, get your shopping for free and we'll make a donation to your chosen Sparks charity every time you shop.

  • To join Sparks download the M&S app to your device or visit www.marksandspencer.com/sparks. You can use Sparks straight from your device when using the M&S app.
    • In order to be eligible for Sparks, you must be a UK resident for the entire period for which you are a Sparks customer and unless you are an M&S employee, you must be aged 18 years or over. No corporate or business use or participation. Colleagues may be excluded from any aspect of the reward scheme at any time at our discretion. See individual Benefit terms and conditions for more information and qualification. Eligibility will be revoked and we may withhold Benefits if your account is terminated.

    • Your account is not transferable once activated. Activate and register your Sparks account at marksandspencer.com/sparks with your Sparks number and email address to receive your Benefits. You will need to provide a valid mobile or landline number and postal address. Without a valid email address, you will not receive all the regular Benefits associated with Sparks. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your personal details are kept up to date and M&S will not be responsible for any lost, delayed or undeliverable communications if you do not do so.

    • As a Sparks customer you will have access to a variety of Benefits, you just need to use your Sparks when you shop either online or in store (excluding BP Connect and Channel Island stores). Each Benefit is free to participate in. You will receive offers and promotions personalised to you. By using Sparks, you will also be eligible to receive a variety of Benefits such as: (i) receive the value of your shopping for free at the checkout for all transactions which do not include: a) alcohol in Scotland and Wales; b) gift cards; or c) Pay with Me* ("Qualifying Transactions"); (ii) the chance to get thousands worth of shopping for free in M&S e-gift cards; and (iii) product giveaways (such as product gifts from our in-store bakery and apothecary). We will also reward our most loyal customers with "little treats" as a thank you. Recipients of these Benefits are selected at random from all eligible Sparks customers. Inclusions and exclusions will apply and are subject to change. Details of the current Benefits can be found here and this will be updated from time to time.

      *Pay With Me is a convenient and optional way to pay for your shop in selected participating stores where an M&S colleague can process the payment for your shop on a handheld device away from a fixed till point.

      Benefits may change from time to time, they are subject to availability and if necessary may be substituted by M&S. Product giveaways are redeemable in store only and may be time limited. We reserve the right to withhold Benefits due to eligibility. Discount card holders shall not be entitled to receive the e-gift card Benefit. Benefits are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. M&S reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, void, suspend, modify or supersede any of the Benefits at any time if it believes that the draw to select a Benefit recipient is not capable, or is likely not to be capable, of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug, or other technical issue or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of M&S that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the draw). Benefits are awarded randomly by an algorithm to a prescribed average and therefore the frequency with which each Benefit is awarded may vary temporarily from the value stated, or we may change the frequency from time to time where that change is to your benefit. For the avoidance of doubt, the promoter of the Benefits is M&S, of Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London, W2 1NW.

      M&S shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the intended recipient of any Benefit or other entrants, including those that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in any draw for a Benefit or the awarding of any Benefit; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of a Benefit; (c) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond M&S’ control that may cause the allocation or awarding of the Benefits to be disrupted or corrupted. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way M&S’ liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

      If you select Sparks-supported charity or good cause at registration, M&S will donate 1p to your chosen cause for each transaction you make with us. 1p per such transaction is donated by Marks and Spencer plc to The Charities Aid Foundation (registered charity number 268369) which will, in its discretion pass on your donation to your chosen cause. You may change your chosen cause at any time.

    • You can terminate your account online at marksandspencer.com within your account by giving us notice. On termination any and all benefits accrued will be lost. We can terminate your account immediately if at any time, you are, or we reasonably suspect you may be, acting fraudulently, criminally or are otherwise in breach of these terms. If your account has been inactive for 12 months we will review it and, in our discretion, may choose to suspend your account. Please note that, if your Sparks account is terminated, any Sparks Pay account that you have entered into with Marks & Spencer Financial Services plc ("Sparks Pay"), will also be terminated.

    • We can make changes to the eligibility requirements, the Benefits, and the terms of the reward scheme at any time if we believe, in our reasonable discretion, that the change is to your benefit, or is required for the continuing administration of the reward scheme. Material changes will be communicated to you via the M&S app, SMS, email or postal communication where we have been provided with contact details by you. In the event that you are no longer eligible for the reward scheme as a result of changes made to the eligibility requirements, your account will be terminated following two months' notice of the changes. The preceding sentence will only apply where you become ineligible for the reward scheme in its entirety due to changes made to the eligibility requirements.

      We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the reward scheme at any time giving customers two months' notice of termination in writing (via email or postal communications). Termination or withdrawal of the reward scheme, as well as changes to the eligibility requirements that mean you are no longer eligible for the reward scheme, will also result in withdrawal or cancellation of any linked Sparks Pay. These terms are correct as of April 2022, and may be updated from time to time by M&S. Current terms are available at marksandspencer.com.

    • Your personal information obtained by us in connection with the reward scheme will be used in accordance with all applicable data protection legislation and our Privacy Policy (available here). In particular, it will be used to administer the reward scheme, provide you with Benefits and to keep you updated by post, email and text messaging. By joining the reward scheme, you agree to receive post, email and SMS updates from us about the reward scheme and your Benefits. You can opt out of any marketing communications that we may send you by updating your preferences online at marksandspencer.com. Marks & Spencer is a registered data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number Z6046528).

    • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the reward scheme and our dealings with you in the courts of England and Wales, unless your address is in:

      Scotland (where it will be dealt with by the courts of Scotland); or

      Northern Ireland (where it will be dealt with by the courts of Northern Ireland).

    • Nothing in these terms will affect or reduce your statutory rights. Please call 0333 014 8555 if you would like to receive these terms in an alternative format such as large print or audio.   • Sparks does not operate in our BP petrol station locations or any of our stores outside the UK and ROI. Sparks cannot be used on the Ocado website. You can use Sparks when shopping on the M&S website, the M&S app, or in store.

  • To use your colleague discount online, you need to have a M&S.com account. If you don’t already have an account, you can create one here.

    If you have an account and are using your colleague discount for the first time, you can register your Sparks account here. Once registered, your colleague discount card will be added to your M&S.com account and your discount will automatically apply at the checkout.

    If you have a colleague discount card registered to your account and are looking to amend or remove it, please follow the below steps:

    1. Log in to your M&S.com account
    2. Select “Your Account” then “Go to your account”
    3. Select “About You” under the “your details” section
    4. At the bottom of the page you can amend/remove your colleague discount.
    5. Select save to update your details.

  • You won’t always have offers in your Sparks hub, but keep checking back as new ones will appear.

  • We don’t guarantee a birthday offer to every customer, but the more you shop with Sparks, the more likely you are to be in with the chance of a free treat, or having your shopping paid for by us.

  • You’ll still continue to receive your regular offers as before.

  • You will find all your treats in your Sparks account. Make sure you also opt in to receive Sparks marketing communications to get the most out of Sparks, as we’ll send you an email every time a new treat arrives.

  • Any clothing item can be exchanged for a different size of the same product and, in line with your statutory rights, any faulty item will be replaced.

  • You will find out at the till in store or when you checkout online. A lucky transaction is chosen at random in every store and online every week. Please see full details in our T&Cs

  • About the draw
    Each week, one Sparks customer in each store (excluding BP Connect and Channel Island stores), and one sparks customer online, will be selected at random to receive that shopping transaction for free when they scan their Sparks card when checking out a Qualifying Transaction.

    New Store Opening Sparks Giveaways
    In addition to our weekly Sparks giveaway, when we open a new store, we increase the number of customers who can receive their shopping for free – from one per week per store, to one per day per store for the first week of opening.

    Every day for the first seven days from opening, in selected new M&S stores (excluding BP Connect and Channel Island stores), one Sparks customer will be selected at random to receive that shopping transaction for free when they scan their Sparks card when checking out a Qualifying Transaction.

  • Each week, each Sparks customer who scans their Sparks card at checkout will be entered into a draw to receive £2,000 of M&S e-gift cards.

    There will be one lucky recipient each week. The draw will take place on Monday (other than in exceptional circumstances - for example due to public holidays or technical issues) and recipients will be notified within ten working days. We will provide the e-gift cards to the recipient within 10 working days of confirmation of the recipient's eligibility and contact details for delivery. If we cannot get in contact with a recipient within 30 days of first notification then the recipient's Benefit will be forfeited and we will redraw the recipient. If necessary, this process will continue until the e-gift cards are awarded. The awarding of the e-gift cards to a recipient is subject to confirmation of eligibility, and M&S reserves the right to refuse providing the e-gift cards if M&S reasonably considers the entry and/or recipient to be in breach of the Sparks terms and conditions. Discount card holders are not eligible for this Benefit. M&S decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

  • Every time you use your Sparks card (or are logged into your account, if online) during a purchase, you will have a weekly chance to receive a little treat from M&S.

    In addition, when you donate clothing as part of our LETS SHWOP! campaign in selected stores and scan the QR code displayed on promotional décor with a smartphone, you have the chance to receive a treat from Sparks once every 30 days.

    The rewards are selected at random from the eligible Sparks customers and vary in number and type each week. They could be anything, for example Percy Pigs, a box of chocolates, candles from the apothecary range, or other rewards, all to thank you for being a loyal customer.

    These terms and conditions are subject to change. M&S reserves the right to cancel or amend the Sparks product giveaway promotion at any time and at its sole discretion.

  • Some customers have access to free deliveries when shopping online. There are different versions so please check which offer you have been assigned in your Sparks account. View the Terms & Conditions to find out which type of free delivery you have been given, the products which are included and how long you have to use it.

  • 1. You must be a Sparks member in order to purchase a delivery pass. The delivery pass will be added to your Sparks account.

    2. A delivery pass provides you with unlimited standard, next-day and nominated-day delivery with no minimum spend on orders placed on the M&S App or M&S.com for 12 months from the date of purchase.

    3. These Delivery Pass Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the general M&S Delivery Terms and Conditions and all other Terms and Conditions available on M&S.com.

    4. The delivery pass is subject to a fair use policy – it is personal only and should not be used to purchase goods for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes.

    5. The delivery pass is only available for use on orders delivered to the United Kingdom.

    6. Postcode exclusions and delivery service exclusions may apply, please see the general M&S Delivery Terms and Conditions. for more information.

    7. A delivery pass may be used on Clothing, Homeware, Beauty, Wine by the Case and Single Bottles, Hampers and Food Gifting Products only. A delivery pass can not be used on Furniture, Made to Measure Suits, ‘Your School Uniform,’ Christmas Food to Order, Cakes for Collection, E-gift cards or anything purchased via Ocado.

    8. M&S will use our best efforts to deliver in accordance with the delivery timescale shown at the time of purchase, however very occasionally there may be delays e.g. during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. M&S will not be liable for delayed deliveries and no refund of the Delivery Pass shall be given for delayed delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights

    9. Only one delivery pass can be used per Sparks membership, though you may be charged more than once if you attempt to purchase a delivery pass on a Sparks account where one is already active.

    10. The delivery pass should be active on your Sparks account within 1 hour of purchase. If your delivery pass does not activate within 24 hours, please contact customer services.

    11. M&S reserves the right to withdraw the delivery pass from you at any time if there is reasonable suspicion that you are abusing the fair use policy (for example, sharing the delivery pass with multiple parties). This may or may not result in you receiving a refund.

    12. M&S reserves the right to discontinue the delivery pass product at any time. If M&S discontinue the offer, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining months of your subscription.

    13. If you delete your Sparks account whilst the delivery pass is live, the delivery pass will no longer be active and you will not receive a refund.

    14. If you cancel your delivery pass within 14 days from purchase, and the delivery pass has not yet been used, you can receive a full refund by calling customer services.

    15. No refund will be given if you cancel your delivery pass after 14 days from purchase.

    16. A delivery pass membership can be purchased through M&S.com, the M&S iOS app, or the M&S Android app.

  • Collect a stamp each time you buy a hot drink in the M&S Café with Sparks on the M&S app.

    You’ll earn one stamp per hot drink. Collect six stamps to earn a free hot drink. Once you have collected six stamps, you will receive an offer to claim your seventh hot drink for free. Once you have redeemed your free hot drink you can begin collecting stamps again.

    The transactions in which you earn your six stamps must be completed in full before your free hot drink will be allocated. There may be a short delay between completing your sixth hot drink purchase and receiving your free hot drink offer. Your Sparks card must be presented at time of purchase, both for acquiring stamps and when redeeming your free hot drink. You cannot receive stamps for any prior purchases.

  • 1. Sparks Plus is currently only available as part of an invitational program available to select audience at select stores.

    2. You must be a Sparks member in order to purchase a Sparks Plus membership. The Sparks Plus membership will be added to your Sparks account.

    3. The Sparks Plus membership starts from the day of your purchase and is valid for 365 days.

    4. These Sparks Plus Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the general Sparks Terms and Conditions and all other Terms and Conditions available on M&S.com. For more information on the Free Delivery benefits, please refer to Delivery Pass Terms and Conditions.

    5. All Sparks Plus benefits and offers have separate expiry dates. Typical monthly offers are valid for 28 days, though this is subject to change and you should check the validity of each offer.

    6. Any unused benefits and offers will not be eligible for refunds. Vouchers and benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. Free hot drink does not count as spend value towards any other deal or promotion.

    7. If you cancel your Sparks Plus membership within 30 days from purchase, you can receive a full refund by calling customer services.

    10. In-store stylist sessions are only currently available at Brooklands (Weybridge) and Hedge End (Southampton) stores. These can be booked, cancelled or amended using our online booking portal.

    11. It may take up to 24 hours for your Sparks Plus membership to activate on your Sparks account. If your Sparks Plus membership has not activated after this time, please contact customer services.

    12. A Sparks Plus membership is only available within the United Kingdom. M&S reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

    13. Only one Sparks Plus membership can be used by each customer. However, if you buy more than once, you may be charged each time.

    14. If you delete your Sparks account, your Sparks Plus membership will be cancelled, as you need to be a Sparks member to have Sparks Plus membership.

    15. M&S reserves the right to discontinue the product from the market at any time and will provide a refund to the existing Sparks Plus customers on a pro-rated basis.

    16. M&S reserves the right to withdraw Sparks Plus from you, if there is a reasonable suspicion that you are abusing the fair-use policy. This may or may not result in you receiving a refund.

  • About the prize draw

    1. The promoter of this prize draw is Marks and Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW (“M&S”).

    3. By entering the prize draw you agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the decisions of M&S and to receive email notifications from M&S in relation to the prize draw.

    Entering the prize draw

    4. This prize draw is open only to eligible Sparks customers who receive a Sparks email directly from M&S on the 6th April 2023 which contains the prize draw link. These Sparks customers must be permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over. The prize draw is not open to NI residents. The prize draw is not open to any other Sparks customers who do not receive the email. Employees (or their relatives) of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies (or any other company and/or agency connected with this promotion) are not permitted to enter.

    5. Entrance to the prize draw starts on 6th April 2023 at 00:01.

    6. To enter the prize draw participants must click the link within the email sent to them by M&S before 23:59 on 12th April 2023. Entries outside of this time will not be considered.

    7. Only one entry per Sparks member. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.

    Choosing the winner

    8. There will be two (2) winners drawn at random on 19th April 2023. The draw will be supervised by an independent person.

    9. M&S will notify the winners by 23:59 on 26th April 2023 by email. The notification will include details of how the prize can be accepted. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize by 26th May 2023 another random draw will take place from eligible entries. This process will continue until all prizes have been allocated.

    The prize

    10. Each winner will receive an exclusive facial treatment at a Murad salon/ spa of their choice (the "Facial Treatment"). And a

    11. Personalised Murad hamper (the "Hamper") and Each participant may only win one Hamper and one Facial Treatment.

    12. The products in the Hamper may vary based on the recommendations from the facial treatment.

    13. The Hamper will be provided at the end of the facial treatment.

    14. The relevant details to book the facial treatment will be provided to each winner via email.

    General

    15. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.

    16. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.

    17. M&S’ decision is final, binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

    18. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable, misdirected entries or any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.

    19. M&S reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or refuse giving the prize if M&S reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of the terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, asking for address and identity details.

    20. Prize details are correct at date of publication. M&S reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with a prize of a similar nature and/or value should any original element of the prize become unavailable for any reason.

    21. M&S reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the prize draw if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the prize draw is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of M&S that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the prize draw).

    22. Provision of this prize is subject to the winner signing a prize acceptable form.

    23. The winner may be required, subject to their consent, to take part in reasonable post-prize draw publicity for M&S which may include filming, photography or other recordings required by M&S or other third parties for publicity purposes and the winner agrees to the use of their personal data for such purposes.

    24. The entrant agrees to assign all copyright and intellectual property developed during this prize draw exclusively to M&S.

    25. The name and country of the prize winner will be available by sending a stamped addressed envelope within one month of notification date to Misaki Kondo, Marks & Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW. Accordingly, please be aware that, in accordance with applicable laws governing prize draws, if you are a winner in this prize draw your name and country of residence may be published and/or disclosed to the Advertising Standards Authority.

    26. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way M&S’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Subject to that, M&S shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other entrant that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the prize draw; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of the prize; (c) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond M&S’s control that may cause the prize draw to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the prize in transit to the winner.

    27. If any of these terms and conditions is found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the other provisions shall continue to apply.

    28. We will do our best to resolve any problems relating to the prize draw. This promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • About the Royal Collection Trust Prize Draw Promotion

    1. This promotion is being operated by Marks and Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW (“M&S”) and Royal Collection Trust, York House, St James’s Palace, London, SW1A 1BQ (which incorporates the registered charity, The Royal Collection Trust, and its wholly owned trading company, Royal Collection Enterprises Ltd) (“RCT”).

    2. M&S have collaborated with Royal Collection Trust to offer eligible Sparks customers in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win two (2) tickets to a tour of either Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, or the Palace of Holyroodhouse. (the “Promotion”).

    3. RCT will process any personal data you provide in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable privacy laws. See the Royal Collection Trust Privacy Policy.

    4. By entering the prize draw you agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the decisions of Royal Collection Trust and to receive email notifications from Royal Collection Trust in relation to the prize draw.

    The Promotion

    5. The Promotion entitles Sparks customers the opportunity to enter a prize draw to commemorate the coronation of King Charles III and The Queen Consort and win an Exclusive Guided Tour of a Royal Residence.

    6. The prize draw prize consists of up to two (2) tickets to attend an Exclusive Guided Tour of either Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, or the Palace of Holyroodhouse per entry. M&S will also provide one goody bag to the Forty-five (45) lucky winners. The contents of the goody bag may differ between bags, are subject to change and are entirely at M&S discretion. Value will be approximately £30. No cash alternative.

    7. Fifteen (15) winners, for each residence, each receiving up to two (2) tickets, will be picked at random from the three (3) Royal residences and from all entries received for that residence before 23:59 (BST) on 10 May 2023. The prize will be awarded to the first fifteen (15) correctly completed entries for each residence, drawn at random. The prize draw will be supervised by an independent person.

    8. The Prize Draw promotion is open only to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees (or their relatives) of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies (or any other company and/or agency connected with this promotion) are not permitted to participate.

    9. The Promotion will be available online only from 00.01 (BST) on 4 May 2023 until 23.59 (BST) on 10 May 2023.

    10. Only one entry per M&S Sparks member. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted and each participant may only win one pair of tickets.

    11. Royal Collection Trust will notify the winners by email by 23.59 (BST) on 18 May 2023. The notification will include details of how the prize can be accepted. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within seven (7) days or by 23.59 (BST) on 25 May 2023, another random draw will take place from eligible entries. This process will continue until all prizes have been allocated.

    12. Royal Collection Trust’s decision is final; binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

    13. Provision of this prize is subject to the winner responding by email with formal acceptance.

    14. The prize must be taken on one of the dates shown when entering the prize draw.

    15. The minimum age of the winner’s guest is 16 years old.

    RCT Discount Offer

    21. Royal Collection Trust will offer a 25% discount on standard admission tickets to the Royal Residences for all entrants of the prize draw, subject to agreeing to RCT marketing preferences when entering.

    22. Prize draw entrants who agree to receiving marketing communications from RCT will receive a promotional code by email once the prize draw has been completed. This code is valid for standard admission visits to Royal Collection Trust sites in 2023 when booked on their website https://www.rct.uk/ before 31 May 2023 and is subject to availability.

    23. The RCT code cannot be used in conjunction with any other RCT promotion or offer.

    24. Those wishing to use the RCT code for discounted admission to Royal Collection Trust sites will be required to pay for the remaining 75% of the ticket price plus any fees.

    25. You acknowledge that any purchase made in connection with the RCT Discount Offer will be made on RCT's website and that the end-to-end sale and purchase will be between you and RCT. You acknowledge that RCT will process all card transactions in accordance with its own terms and conditions, which are contained on RCT's website. As working royal palaces, all of the Official Residences are used frequently by the monarch and the Royal Family for state ceremonies and official entertaining, and the opening arrangements for the Official Residences may change at short notice. In the event of a closure taking place at the Residences on your proposed visit date, we reserve the right to cancel your tour, or, where possible, offer an alternative visit date.

    31. Royal Collection Trust’s obligations are limited to offering and facilitating the prize draw prize and promotional offer code to Sparks customers. Neither M&S or Royal Collection Trust shall be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of the Promotion for any reason.

    Entering the prize draw

    4. This prize draw is open only to eligible Sparks customers who receive a Sparks email directly from M&S on the 4th May 2023 which contains the prize draw link.     5. Entrance to the prize draw starts on 4th May 2023 at 00:01.

    Choosing the winner

    8. There will be five (5) winners drawn at random on 17th May 2023. The draw will be supervised by an independent person.

    The prize

    10. Each winner will receive a voucher code worth £200 (the "Voucher").

    The Promotion

    6. The Promotion entitles Sparks members to free 3-month’s access to the Sparks Days Out platform when they spend £35 or more in a single transaction on qualifying M&S clothing or homeware in store or online (the "Qualifying Purchase"). Sparks Days Out gives customers access to leading discounts and savings on advanced bookings at Days Out attractions throughout the UK including theme parks and days out attractions, cinemas, restaurants and staycation partners.

    7. This Promotion is open only to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over.

    8. The Promotion will be available from 5/07/2022 00:01 until 5/08/2023 00:00 (the " Promotional Period"). All claims outside of the Promotional Period will be rejected.

    9. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

    10. Once the initial 3-month’s access to Sparks Days Out has finished, the customer can re-access the platform if they complete another Qualifying Purchase, as per the above criteria. This will then unlock a further 3-month’s access to Sparks Days Out. This behaviour can be repeated until the end of the offer period, up to a maximum of 3 times per person.

    11. A customer can only have one active membership every 3 months.

    How to Claim

    12. In order to claim 3-month’s access to Sparks Days Out, you must:

    1. The Promotion gives Sparks customers the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets at four (4) different theatres, shows or events during June 2023 (“The Offers”)

    2. The Offers are as follows:

    a) The Smeds & The Smoos (UK tour and London). The offer is 25% off all tickets at participating non-London UK tour venues in June and July. Limited to Band A or top price tickets where ticket bands apply. The offer is also for 25% off tickets to the London show at the Lyric Theatre.     1. This promotion is being operated by Marks and Spencer plc, Waterside House, 35 North Wharf Road, London W2 1NW (“M&S”) and Nobody’s Child Limited, 10-11 Greenland Place, Camden, London, NW1 0AP ("NOBODY’S CHILD").

M&S have collaborated with NOBODY’S CHILD to offer Sparks customers the opportunity to win two (2) pairs of adult VIP tickets to the Happy Place festival events, plus a meet and greet with Fearne Cotton, a NOBODY’S CHILD outfit for you and a friend up to the value of £75 each (x2 per winner, 4 available in total via a single-use voucher code) (the "Promotion").

    3. M&S and NOBODY’S CHILD will process any personal data you provide in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and other applicable privacy laws.     4. By accepting the Promotion and entering the Prize Draw on the NOBODY’S CHILD website, you agree to the below terms and conditions and to receive email notifications from M&S in relation to the Promotion.

    5. By selecting to opt-in “to be the first to hear about new NOBODY’S CHILD collections, competitions, offers and promos” you agree to receive NOBODY’S CHILD email marketing communications, you can opt-out at any time.

    The Promotion

    6. The Promotion entitles Sparks customers the chance to win:

    a) Two (2) VIP tickets to the Happy Place festival Chiswick House, London (July 2023) or two (2) VIP tickets to the Happy Place festival Tatton Park, Manchester (September 2023). Entrants must stipulate their preferred event when entering and there will be two winners, one winner for each pair of tickets for each event.

    b) Winners will also receive VIP treatment comprised of a welcome drink, canapés, a photo opportunity with Fearne Cotton and a goody bag.

    c) Winners will each receive 2x £75 voucher codes to spend online at nobodyschild.com (inclusive of the delivery charge). This will be emailed as a single-use voucher code reducing £75 for the total basket value when used only at nobodyschild.com. This will be a one-time only redeemable voucher code with no refunds or exchanges available on the products purchased. The voucher code will be provided by Nobody’s Child and expire in 6 months from the time of issue.

    d) All entrants to the Prize Draw will be offered the chance to register for a 3-month free trial of the Happy Place App.

    7. This Promotion is open only to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees (or their relatives) of the Marks and Spencer Group of Companies (or any other company and/or agency connected with this promotion) are not permitted to participate.

    8. The Promotion will be available online only from 00:01 on the 01.06.2023 until 23:59 on the 07.06.2023 subject to availability.

    9. To enter, Sparks customers must click through from the Sparks newsletter email to the NOBODY’S CHILD website, complete the required details to enter and submit their entry. NOBODY’S CHILD will contact the winners within 7 business days of the Prize Draw close date via email. If after 8 days and multiple attempts at email contact, the winners have not acknowledged and accepted the prize then NOBODY’S CHILD will pick an alternative winner and the original winner shall forfeit the prize.     10. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

You acknowledge that NOBODY’S CHILD will process all card transactions in accordance with its own terms and conditions, which are contained on NOBODY’S CHILD's website.     19. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. M&S makes no guarantee or representation as to NOBODY’S CHILD's stock levels of the products available as part of the Promotion. There is no cash alternative.

    20. M&S' obligations are limited to making the Promotion available to participating Sparks customers. M&S shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of the Promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of the Promotion for any reason.

    21. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected emails or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.

    22. M&S reserves the right to check the validity of any purchase and the identity of any Sparks customer and to refuse participation in the Promotion if M&S reasonably considers the customer to be in breach of the terms and conditions.

    23. M&S reserves the right at any time in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion if it believes, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is not capable or is likely not to be capable of being conducted fairly or as specified within these terms and conditions due to events beyond its control (including, without limitation, a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention) or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of M&S that could corrupt or affect the administration, security or normal course of the Promotion.

    24. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit in any way M&S’ liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence. Subject to that, M&S shall have no liability for any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the customer that is caused by: (a) technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in the Promotion; (b) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation of the Promotion; (c) any act or omission of any third party; or (d) any other events beyond M&S’s control that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted in any way.

    25. If any of these terms and conditions are found by a court or regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the other provisions shall continue to apply.

    26. We will do our best to resolve any problems relating to the Promotion, except in relation to availability, performance or discounts offered, which are the responsibility of NOBODY’S CHILD.

    27. This Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    Using your one-time codes
