What can I use the service for?
Our suit fitters can help to style a full look with accessories or simply advise on what style may best suit you. Our suit fit appointments are especially popular for those looking for wedding and occasion suits, sixth form students looking for school suits and those looking to refresh their work wardrobes. For any order details or queries not related to these products, please contact our customer services team, who will be happy to help.
How long does an appointment last?
The duration of an appointment depends on how many people will be attending. Individual appointments tend to last 30 minutes. For small groups of up to four people, appointments last around an hour, and for large groups of up to six people, appointments last around an hour and a half.
What does an in-store appointment involve?
Our in-store appointments are a truly personalised service, and our trained colleagues can dedicate their time to whatever you are looking for that day. Most appointments will include getting measured to ensure you are wearing the right size to flatter your shape. After that, you can discuss your occasion or styles you like with your suit fitter and go through what options may interest you.
Do I have to book an appointment or can I just walk in?
We recommend booking an appointment when possible, but you do not have to have a booked appointment. Our suit fitters will always do their best to advise wherever possible. However, booking your appointment ensures there will be a trained suit fitter available when you are in store and that you have dedicated time to go through what you need.
How do I check if the store has the suit I want ahead of the visit?
We have a great store stock locator for checking whether items are available in your local store. This is a great way to get the product you’re looking for if it’s out of stock online. First, navigate to the product page on our website, select the colour and size you’d like, then click ‘Find in store’. This can be found underneath the ‘Add to bag’ button. You will be prompted to search by a location or postcode, which will give you an indication of where stock is available in our UK stores.
How can I make sure that the suit I want to try is available ahead of my appointment?
You are welcome to place a Click & Collect order for the store you plan to have your appointment. Our team will be able to check the fit and style of the suit and assist you in exchanging for a new size if needed.
