M&S caramelised red onion chutney
1 jar
(280 g)
sundried tomatoes
1 handful
basil
roughly torn

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C/gas mark 4 or heat the grill to medium.
Step 2
Top the pittas (4) with the caramelised red onion chutney (1 jar) , mozzarella (2) and sundried tomatoes (1 jar) .
Step 3
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and melty or grill for a few minutes until toasted.
Step 4
Garnish with basil leaves (1 handful) and slice before serving.
