strawberries , frozen
50 g
caster sugar
or honey or agave syrup

lemon , juiced
100 mL
M&S Distilled London dry gin

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Remove the stems from your strawberries (300 g) and chop them in half. Pop them in the freezer for at least 12 hours.
Step 2
Blend a cold bottle of rosé (1 bottle) with the frozen strawberries, sugar (50 g) , lemon juice (1) and gin (100 mL) if you’re using it.
Step 3
Serve in champagne coupes with mini straws, and toast the sunshine with a pretty-in-pink drink.
