Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C/gas mark 4 or heat the grill to medium.
2.
Top the
pittas (4)
with the
caramelised red onion chutney (1 jar)
,
mozzarella (2)
and
sundried tomatoes (1 jar)
.
3.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and melty or grill for a few minutes until toasted.
4.
Garnish with
basil leaves (1 handful)
and slice before serving.
