Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Line a shallow baking tray with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt (500 g) with cinnamon (1 g) .
Step 2
Spread the yogurt evenly on the baking tray, then sprinkle over mixed seeds (100 g) and mixed berries (350 g) .
Step 3
Drizzle with M&S pure honey (to taste) and place in the freezer. Leave to set for at least 2 hours and cut into squares to serve.
Step 4
Remember, fresh, frozen and canned fruit all count towards your five-a-day, so throw in what you have available.
