Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Heat a pan with 1tsp of vegetable oil. Fry your onions (1) , red pepper (1) and yellow pepper (1) for 10 minutes until soft.
Step 2
Add a tin of chickpeas (1 tin) , the jar of classic tomato everything sauce (1 jar) and a heaped tablespoon of Plant Kitchen vegan ‘nduja paste (30 g) and heat through.
Step 3
Cook a pouch of M&S wholegrain rice with quinoa (1 pouch) according to pack instructions and serve with the ragu.
Step 4
If you like things extra hot, finish with an extra dollop of the vegan ‘nduja paste.
