M&S king spring onions
King spring onions are available in selected stores. If you can’t find them, substitute for normal spring onions.
250 g
M&S roasted red pepper and tomato mezze dip

burrata , torn

Method

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180C fan. Trim the M&S king spring onions (2 bunches) and brush with a little oil.
Step 2
Heat a griddle pan over a medium-high heat and char the King Spring Onions, turning every so often, for 20-30 minutes, until charred and softened. Wrap in foil and pop in the oven for a further 10-15 minutes, until completely soft.
Step 3
Meanwhile, toast the Collection crafted sourdough bread (4 slices) in the griddle pan until golden.
Step 4
Serve the spring onions with the M&S roasted red pepper and tomato mezze dip (250 g) , sourdough and burrata (1) , drizzled with a little extra virgin olive oil.
