Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C fan. Trim the
M&S king spring onions (2 bunches)
and brush with a little oil.

Heat a griddle pan over a medium-high heat and char the King Spring Onions, turning every so often, for 20-30 minutes, until charred and softened. Wrap in foil and pop in the oven for a further 10-15 minutes, until completely soft.
3.
Meanwhile, toast the
Collection crafted sourdough bread (4 slices)
in the griddle pan until golden.

Serve the spring onions with the
M&S roasted red pepper and tomato mezze dip (250 g)
, sourdough and
burrata (1)
, drizzled with a little extra virgin olive oil.
