garlic , sliced

Tenderstem broccoli
sliced into 4cm strips

soy sauce

sesame oil

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Cook the rice noodles (180 g) according to the pack instructions, then drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large frying pan or wok, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil over a high heat.
Step 3
Add the chicken (3) , season with salt and pepper and stir-fry for 3 minutes until lightly golden.
Step 4
Add the garlic (3 cloves) and stir-fry for another 30 seconds.
Step 5
Add the broccoli (350 g) and soy sauce (15 mL) along with 50ml water and stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes, until the chicken is cooked and the broccoli is tender.
Step 6
Add the cooked noodles and sesame oil (15 mL) , toss everything together for a few minutes, then divide between serving dishes and finish with a squeeze of lime juice (1) .
