onion , finely chopped

M&S risoni orzo pasta
500 mL
vegetable stock
1 jar
(340 g)
M&S classic tomato everything sauce
1 tin
cannellini beans , drained
1 handful
basil
roughly torn

lemon , juiced

Method

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C/gas mark 4.
Step 2
Fry your chopped onion (1) for 10 minutes in a pan with a little oil over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the onions to a roasting tray along with the vegetable stock (500 mL) , classic tomato everything sauce (1 jar) and orzo (75 g) .
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Towards the end of the cooking time, add in the cannellini beans (1 tin) and return to the oven until the orzo is cooked through.
Step 6
To serve, finish with a squeeze of lemon (1) and some basil leaves (1 handful) .
