carrots
cut into wedges
500 g
parsnips
cut into wedges
60 mL
olive oil
5 g
M&S roast potato seasoning
to taste
M&S pure honey

Method

Step 1
Preheat oven to 200ºC/180ºC fan/ gas mark 6.
Step 2
Place carrot wedges (500 g) in a bowl and add 2 tbsp oil (30 mL) . Mix well.
Step 3
Place parsnip wedges (500 g) in another bowl, add oil (30 mL) and M&S roast potato seasoning (5 g) . Mix well.
Step 4
Take a large baking tray and place the carrots in one half and the parsnips in the other.
Step 5
Roast for 30-35 minutes until golden, turning halfway through and adding a good drizzle of honey (to taste) .
Step 6
Mix the vegetables together and serve in a large dish.
