Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C/gas mark 4.
2.
Fry your
chopped onion (1)
for 10 minutes in a pan with a little oil over medium heat.
3.
Add the onions to a roasting tray along with the
vegetable stock (500 mL)
,
classic tomato everything sauce (1 jar)
and
orzo (75 g)
.
4.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
5.
Towards the end of the cooking time, add in the
cannellini beans (1 tin)
and return to the oven until the orzo is cooked through.
6.
To serve, finish with a squeeze of
lemon (1)
and some
basil leaves (1 handful)
