Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large frying pan or wok over a medium heat. Add the shallots (2) and Select Farms British outdoor-bred 5% fat pork mince (1 pack) and fry until the mince is browned and the shallots softened.
Step 2
Add the M&S Collection mixed exotic mushrooms (1 pack) , M&S water chestnuts (6) and M&S chopped chilli (4 g) . Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the fish sauce (15 mL) , M&S soy, ginger and garlic paste (1 jar) , white sugar (4 g) and the juice of one lime (1) . Stir and cook until fragrant.
Step 4
Wash and separate the M&S butterhead lettuce (1) leaves before filling with the pork mince.
Step 5
Top with carrot (1) , cucumber (1/4) , M&S spring onions (2) , coriander (1 handful) and peanuts (20 g) and serve with wedges of lime (1) and M&S Taste of Asia sticky jasmine rice (2 packs) , heated as per the pack instructions, if you like.
