M&S ultimate brioche burger buns
240 g
M&S mixed leaf salad
60 mL
M&S buffalo sauce
300 g
coleslaw

Method

Step 1
Cook the M&S 4 Aberdeen Angus burgers (4) according to pack instructions on the barbecue or in your air-fryer.
Step 2
Lightly brush the sweetcorn cobettes (4) with vegetable oil and cook on the barbecue alongside the burgers for 7-8 minutes, turning frequently until tender and charred all over.
Step 3
Halve the M&S ultimate brioche burger buns (4) and place cut side down on the barbecue until toasted.
Step 4
Pack the buns with the M&S mixed leaf salad (240 g) and top with the burgers.
Step 5
Drizzle the sweetcorn with the M&S buffalo sauce (60 mL) and serve alongside the burgers with a spoonful of coleslaw (300 g) .
