woody ends removed

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil (as needed) and half of the M&S Easy chilli (3 g) in a frying pan over a medium heat and fry the leek slices (1) until they begin to sweat down.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk the eggs (8) with black pepper, salt and paprika (2 g) . Stir in part of the feta cheese (150 g) and the cooked leeks.
Step 3
Grease and line a baking dish (20cm x 30cm) with baking parchment and pour the egg mixture into the dish.
Step 4
Evenly layer the asparagus spears (1 pack) on to the egg mixture and crumble over the remaining feta cheese (50 g) and M&S Easy chilli (3 g) with some more black pepper.
Step 5
Place in the oven at 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6 and cook for 15 minutes until it is firm around the edges with a slight wobble in the middle.
Step 6
Serve with your favourite side salad (to taste) and new potatoes (to taste) , or just enjoy as is.
