dill , finely chopped

Collection Scottish mild and delicate smoked salmon
1 tub
(140 g)
truffle soft cheese
1 handful
dill

lemon
cut into wedges

Method

Step 1
Combine the vinegar (60 mL) , sugar (10 g) , salt (6 g) , lemon zest (1) and herbs (1 handful) in a bowl and whisk until dissolved. Add the cucumber (1) and onion (1/2) , toss to coat and set aside for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Toast the bagels (1 pack) and serve with the soft cheese (1 tub) , smoked salmon (1 pack) , fresh herbs (1 handful) and lemon wedges (1) – let everyone dig in and help themselves.
