M&S triple chocolate cookie mix
75 g
softened unsalted butter
1 tub
(400 g)
M&S sea salted caramel icing
to taste
Collection West Country Madagascan vanilla ice cream
to serve

dark chocolate chunks

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4.
Step 2
Line an ovenproof medium frying pan with greaseproof paper.
Step 3
Empty both cookie mix sachets (1 pack) into a bowl, add the butter (75 g) and water. Mix together to form a dough.
Step 4
Press the cookie dough into the pan, then bake for 15-18 minutes, until golden.
Step 5
While still warm from the oven, spoon over ice cream (to taste) and salted caramel icing (1 tub) . Finish with chocolate shards (to taste) then dig in.
