cut into thin strips

radishes , finely sliced
to taste
M&S sweet chilli dipping sauce

Method

Step 1
Cut the bases off the lettuces (2) and separate the leaves. Wash under cold water and set aside to dry.
Step 2
Heat a heavy-based frying pan on a medium-high heat. Add the oil (15 mL) followed by the pork mince (500 g) and fry until browned and starting to crisp, using a wooden spoon to break up the mince. Spoon in the soy, ginger and garlic paste (30 g) , stir through and then remove from the heat.
Step 3
Prepare the lettuce cups by adding a spoonful of the fried pork mixture to each one and dividing the carrot strips (1) and sliced radishes (4) . Serve with sweet chilli sauce (to taste) , if liked.
