as needed
olive oil
for cooking

M&S ultimate brioche burger buns
60 mL
M&S katsu curry ketchup

little gem lettuce , peeled
3
M&S spring onions , finely sliced

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Slice the chicken breasts (4) horizontally through the middle to create evenly sized escalopes.
Step 2
Season the chicken with salt and pepper and drizzle over a little olive oil (as needed) .
Step 3
In a griddle or frying pan, cook the chicken pieces for 4 minutes on each side, then remove from the pan and allow to rest.
Step 4
Halve the burger buns (4) and toast them in the pan to soak up any extra chicken flavour.
Step 5
Spoon the ketchup (60 mL) onto the base of each bun, then add lettuce (2) and a chicken breast. Top with spring onion (3) and a little more katsu ketchup, and sandwich the other half of the bun on top.
