Preheat your oven to 200°C/180°C/gas mark 4.

Heat 1 tsp of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the bacon lardons (1 pack) and sliced leeks (2) for a few minutes.

Transfer to a pie dish and mix in a tin of M&S chunky chicken in white sauce (1 tin).

Top the pie with ready-rolled puff pastry (1 pack) and wash with milk or egg (1) and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

Serve with buttery mash (to taste), microwaved according to the pack instructions.
