Method

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/gas mark 4. Place the goat’s cheese (2 packs) in a small roasting tin. Drizzle with 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and the honey (20 g) . Scatter the rosemary (2 sprigs) and blackberries (150 g) around the goat’s cheese.
Step 2
Season, then roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the goat’s cheese has softened and the blackberries are juicy and popping. Serve with the hazelnuts (50 g) , a green salad (to taste) and some bread (to taste) .
