Worst Aveda shampoo I ever used
No, I don't recommend this
I’ve used Aveda shampoo, skincare etc for years and this is the worst Aveda shampoo I’ve ever used - it’s just weird, makes what thin hair I have go all flat after I use it but my daughter raves about it, personally I find other Aveda shampoos much better than this one.

I have always had fine hair that has shed more than I would like (due to stress, medication, etc.) and now that I am menopausal it is worse than ever. I have tried other ranges and dosed up on hair supplements to no avail. However, this range has been an absolute life-saver. I have only been using it for 1 month but see less hair in the plughole which gives my spirit and mental health a boost, plus my hair is in wonderful condition. I love the entire range. Thank you from the bottom of my heart (and scalp!).
