I purchased a travel size firstly to trial if the shampoo suited my hair type. The shampoo lathered well and was easy to rinse off underi the shower. . My hair felt clean and soft but not stripped after shampooing. Lovely light fragrance. After I had used the travel size of this shampoo I ordered a larger size.

I bought this alongside the the botanical repairTM wellness set to help with my thinning hair due to menopause and all together they work amazingly well. They are light and don't weight my hair down, help with the thinning by giving it body and making it easier to manage.

The shampoo did not come out of the container very well, I am not sure if it was supposed to lather or not but it didn't . Do not like the smell but this is just a preference for me some people might like it

Unfortunately this shampoo and conditioner made my hair look very dry. My hair lost its shine and started to look dull and greasy. I've been Aveda customer for over 20 years and always enjoyed all their products that I tried. I am very disappointed with the quality of the Botanical Repair Shampoo and Conditioner and won't be buying it again.

In the end, upon reaching the bottom, I discovered it was a semi-transparent jelly-like substance, sticky, and unable to foam. Has it possibly expired? I purchased it from the official website. photo is attached.

Best shampoo I’ve used in years - can’t go wrong with Aveda and this shampoo is the best for my fine grey hair, it’s not too heavy on fine hair, along with the conditioner, so good for fine hair, gives it life.

I have been using this product over a year and they have changed the product quality in to some type of conditioners which means you CANNOT wash the shampoo away from your scalp and irritation afterwards! We all need to get refunded for this awful shampoo.
