Made my naturally curly hair feel very dry and a bit frizzy and definitely not hydrated. Used it today for the first time but never again. Expensive mistake as it is now in the bin. Would give it zero stars if I could.

Would be great is Aveda brought back the Sap Moss concentrate too. As for the complaints for the 400ml bottle - Keep them upside down. Maybe Aveda should redesign package in that way too.

It's perfect for my fine grey/white hair. It's very rich, only need a 10p size amount; best if rubbed between fingers then applied to hair. I like the fresh slightly earthy/green smell, and find it soothes an itchy/irritated scalp. I also use the conditioner, perfect pairing.

abrowni1 18-12-2021 07:09 Long time fan of Sap Moss I used this product years ago and it was the best shampoo I had ever used. Aveda discontinued it to my dismay, but reintroduced it a couple of years ago to my delight. It is very moisturising and makes the hair shiny and bouncy.

MairiM 14-08-2021 07:00 Very disappointing When I bought this it came in a cylindrical bottle. It's a non-squeezy bottle and almost impossible to get the shampoo out. I needed to shake it hard and it then went everywhere. And I had to be very careful not to leave any in the shower as it's the colour of excrement. Putting the rest in the bin - complete waste of money.
