M&S squeezed Spanish clementine juice
20 mL
lemon juice
20 g
Collection Scottish honey

Method

Step 1
Fill 2 tumblers with ice. Pour the M&S Distilled special reserve blended Scotch whisky (100 mL) , M&S squeezed Spanish clementine juice (30 mL) , lemon juice (20 mL) , Collection Scottish honey (20 g) , M&S free-range mixed size egg (1) into a large cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold, then strain into a large glass or jug. Discard the ice, then return to the shaker and shake again to froth up the egg white
Step 2
Divide the cocktail between the tumblers and garnish each with clementines (2 slices) , if you like.
