Method

Step 1
Tear a Bramley apple hot cross bun (1) into the bottom of a glass.
Step 2
Add 1 tbsp cream (15 mL) , followed by apple slices (1) and a layer of apple sauce (to taste) . Add a layer of custard (to taste) , then another layer of apples.
Step 3
Finish with more Collection salted caramel extra thick cream (8 mL) and some chopped hazelnuts (to taste) .
