parmesan , shaved

parsley , chopped

Method

Step 1
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook a pack of M&S Made Without penne pasta (500 g) as per the packet instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat a good glug of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and simmer two sliced cloves of garlic (2 cloves) and two fresh sliced red chillies (2) until the garlic turns golden.
Step 3
Add one pack of tenderstem broccoli (200 g) , tips removed, to the pan, and sauté until tender.
Step 4
Toss the cooked pasta through the broccoli and serve with a generous amount of fresh parmesan shavings (50 g) and a handful of chopped fresh parsley (1 handful) .
