M&S unfiltered extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves
garlic , chopped
165 g
M&S Honduran peeled large king prawns
60 g
'nduja paste
1 bunch
parsley , finely chopped
1/2
lemon , juiced
to taste
M&S soft white farmhouse bread loaves
any crusty bread, to serve

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Over a medium-high heat, add the M&S unfiltered extra virgin olive oil (15 mL) to a non-stick frying pan.
Step 2
Fry the garlic (2 cloves) for 30 seconds, then add the M&S Honduran peeled large king prawns (165 g) , season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add the 'nduja paste (60 g) and continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes until the prawns are cooked and pink.
Step 4
Stir in the chopped parsley (1 bunch) and the lemon juice (1/2) .
Step 5
Remove from the heat and serve with crusty bread (to taste) .
