Method

Step 1
Preheat the grill to 180°C/160°C fan.
Step 2
Pour 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil into a roasting dish. Arrange the feta slices (2 packs) over the oil. Mix 2 tbsp more oil with the chilli (3 g) and za'atar (2 g) , then spoon this over the feta.
Step 3
Drizzle the honey (40 g) over the feta and season well with salt and pepper. Put the dish onto a high shelf in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the feta is golden brown.
Step 4
When there are 5 minutes of cooking time left, put the M&S Greek style flatbreads (2) into the oven to heat up.
Step 5
Remove the bread and feta from the oven and sprinkle the feta with mint (3 g) . Cut the flatbread into wedges and serve alongside.
