Monday

Spooky spaghetti mummies recipe

Olivia Ferguson – M&S Recipes Team

To kick things off, here’s a mummified twist on a familiar recipe. Chicken sausages are wrapped in cooked spaghetti to create mummy-style bandages, while carefully carved morsels of mozzarella and olives give the mummies their eyeballs. They are then left to recline creepily in a shallow bowl of M&S family tomato and hidden veg pasta sauce for good measure.

Tuesday

Halloween nachos recipe

Heather Taylor – M&S Recipes Team

Our ghost-shaped tortilla chips have waited all their lives for this oozy, saucy nacho moment. Unleash the ghouls on an oven tray and top them with a hauntingly delicious trio of tricks and treats: our whipped nacho cheddar dip, guacamole and salsa. It’s a pre-fright-night feast to share.

Wednesday

Monster burger recipe

Olivia Ferguson – M&S Recipes Team

Burger nights are the most fun when everyone gets involved. This recipe begins with fully traceable, 100% British beef burgers and buttery brioche buns. From there, you just need a few spooky accompaniments: mozzarella slices cut into fangs, gherkin slices for tongues, a good helping of smokehouse tomato sauce (blood) and a couple of beautiful hojiblanca olive eyeballs. On the side: wormy curly fries, of course.

Thursday

Monster mac and cheese recipe

Marks & Spencer

It only takes a little spinach to turn your mac and cheese gruesomely green. This recipe uses our alphabet pasta for extra fun – and it also uses our everything bechamel sauce for speed and ease, so you can focus on the eyeball garnishes (you’ll never look at mozzarella and olives the same way again after this week).

Friday

Halloween quesadillas recipe

Olivia Ferguson – M&S Recipes Team

The big day is almost upon us, which means it’s time to get carving. Not pumpkins, though – not yet. For this recipe, soft tortilla wraps are carved with Jack-o'-lantern faces, then used to sandwich shredded flame-grilled chicken, smoky chorizo and melted red Leicester. Serve the creepy quesadillas warm and oozy with our Mexican style layered dip. Happy Halloween!
