Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6 and line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Stack the tortillas (1 pack) and trim them into pumpkin shapes using a small knife. Keep four pumpkins whole and, in the remaining four, cut out Jack-o'-lantern eyes and mouths.

Place the four whole pumpkin tortillas on the prepared tray. Divide the shredded chicke (1 pack), grated cheese (150 g) and chorizo slices (16 slices) between them, leaving a small border around the edge.

Top with the Jack-o'-lantern tortillas and press the edges together gently to secure. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the tortillas are golden and crisp around the edges.

Garnish with coriander (as needed) and serve warm with the Mexican style dip (as needed).
