step 1
Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan and cook the sausages (1 pack) for 12 minutes, turning regularly, until golden and cooked through. Keep warm.
step 2
Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and cook the spaghetti (300 g) for 9-12 minutes, or according to the pack instructions, until tender. Drain and cover to keep warm.
step 3
Heat the tomato and hidden veg pasta sauce (1 jar) in a saucepan until warmed through.
step 4
Slice the mozzarella (1 pack) into thick slices, then use a clean metal, firm plastic straw or sharp knife to cut out small circles to make eyeballs.
step 5
Divide the hidden veg sauce between four shallow bowls.
step 6
Wrap some of the spaghetti around each sausage to create mummy bandages, then place 3 sausages in each bowl on top of the sauce. Add 2 mozzarella eyeballs to each sausage and finish with tiny pieces of olive (8) for the pupils. Scatter any extra eyeballs around the sauce for a spooky finish.
step 7
Serve immediately with the remaining spaghetti in a separate bowl on the side.
step 7 Serve immediately with the remaining spaghetti in a separate bowl on the side.
