step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C fan/gas mark 6. Arrange the curly fries (400 g) in a single layer on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, scatter over the four-cheese mix (100 g) and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
step 2
Meanwhile, fry the burgers (1 pack) in a frying pan for 7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
step 3
Lightly toast the brioche buns (4) in a dry frying pan and cut the mozzarella slices (4 slices) into pointed triangle shapes to create monster fangs.
step 4
Spread the burger pickle (4 tbsp) over the bottom halves of the buns. Top with the burgers, followed by a few cheesy curly fry worms. Add a gherkin slice (4) so it hangs out like a monster tongue, then tuck the mozzarella triangles around the edge of the burger to create fangs. Spoon over the smokehouse tomato sauce (4 tbsp) so it drips down like monster blood.
step 5
Push two olives (8) onto cocktail sticks and secure through the top bun to create monster eyeballs. Repeat with the remaining burgers.
step 6
Place the bun lids on top and serve with the remaining cheesy curly fry worms alongside.
