Here is a lighter dinner idea packed with fresh flavours from our soy, ginger and garlic paste. Quick to make, kids can build their own lettuce cups and, the best bit, you eat them by hand so there’s minimal washing up!

little gem lettuce

Select Farms British 5% fat pork mince
•

carrot
•

radishes
, finely sliced

to taste
M&S sweet chilli dipping sauce
(optional)
Cooking Instructions
1.
Cut the bases off the lettuces (2) and separate the leaves. Wash under cold water and set aside to dry.

Heat a heavy-based frying pan on a medium-high heat. Add the oil (1 tbsp) followed by the pork mince (500 g) and fry until browned and starting to crisp, using a wooden spoon to break up the mince. Spoon in the soy, ginger and garlic paste (30 g), stir through and then remove from the heat.
3.
Prepare the lettuce cups by adding a spoonful of the fried pork mixture to each one and dividing the carrot strips (1) and sliced radishes (4). Serve with sweet chilli sauce (to taste), if liked.
