Method

Step 1
In a large bowl, toss together the carrot matchsticks (2) , the avocado, kale and grain salad (2 packs) and the dressing, ensuring everything is well coated in the dressing.
Step 2
Divide the salad mix between 4 plates and flake the roasted trout fillets (4) over each.
Step 3
Garnish with sliced spring onions (1 bunch) and torn coriander (1 pack) to serve.
