or feta, goat or cream cheese

M&S chunky Mediterranean-style vegetable mix
with basil dressing

Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Roast the vegetables (350 g) according to the packet instructions.
Step 2
Mix the sundried tomato paste (1 jar) with your favourite soft cheese (120 g) , such as feta, goats’ cheese or cream cheese.
Step 3
Slice the baguettes (4) in half and toast.
Step 4
Spread the sundried tomato and cheese paste onto both halves of each baguette, then fill with the freshly roasted vegetables.
