Method

Step 1
Arrange the bistro salad leaves (1 pack) on a plate and tear over the goats’ cheese (1 pack) .
Step 2
Add the cocktail beetroot (1 pack) on top, along with the crushed walnuts (40 g) .
Step 3
Finish with sea salt, cracked black pepper and a good drizzle of balsamic dressing (to taste) .
