Heat a splash of oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat and add the beef mince (1 pack). Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-5 minutes, until browned. Stir in the marinade from the kit (1 pack) and cook for a further 5 minutes until the mince is cooked through.

At the same time, char the lemon (1/2) in the pan cut side down for 2-3 minutes. Pop the cucumber (1/2) in a bowl then squeeze the juice of the lemon with a pinch of salt.

Toast the pittas (4).

Spoon the houmous (1 tub) into four bowls. Spoon the mince on top, followed by the cucumber salad and the crunchy topper from the shawarma kit. Serve with the pitta breads and the charred lemon wedge.
