Method

HIDE IMAGES
Step 1
Hull and quarter the M&S red diamond strawberries (500 g) – smaller ones can be halved. Add to a bowl with the Collection Sapphire raspberries (250 g) and 3 tbsp M&S elderflower cordial (45 mL) . Stir to combine and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2
Add the remaining M&S elderflower cordial (15 mL) to the double cream (300 mL) and whisk until soft peaks form. Fold in the natural yogurt (35 g) .
Step 3
Pile the cream onto the M&S Collection Madagascan vanilla pavlova base (1) followed by the fruit. Finish with a spoonful of caster sugar (4 g) and a scattering of mint (1 handful) .
