Just the pillow that I needed for my neck!

I ordered this as it is one of the few pillows around at a decent price with an outer and inner core filling. However I am really disappointed with this pillow. There is just not enough filling.

I have Fibromyalgia and getting my neck comfortable can be difficult, so finding the perfect pillow is a continuous search. This pillow is of high quality and feels plump. The good thing for my situation is I can pummel it into the perfect shape and I would say for most this would be perfect, but on reflection I need a firm version if this pillow which is down to personal taste.

I couldn't see this in store so ordered online. I thought it was good quality but wasn't 100% sure that it would be ideal for me as I'm a side sleeper. This pillow is advertised as medium support for front and back sleepers. I wish it were possible to inspect all of the pillow and duvet range instore before making the decision to buy as they are not cheap and can't be returned once the pack is opened. Anyway, I decided to return the pillow, might buy in future once I have done more research.

Sleepless in Stamford
I bought a duck down pillow because I have bought down pillows before and they are very soft and lovely to rest my head on. Unfortunately not the case with this pillow. I am certain that the lovely soft down is on the inside but the fabric on the outside, is this , stiff and uncomfortable !! Actually gave me a sore face! Come on M&S, this is not up to your usual standard.
