Not great. Definitely not medium
I don’t rate these at all, they’re not firm, I’d say they’re medium at best, if they were marketed as ‘medium’ they’d be ok

Firm pillows
No, I don't recommend this
I bought these expecting a firm feel, but they lacked support right from day one. I decided to give them a try anyway, but unfortunately they lost their shape very quickly and started dipping giving no support.
