E Holmes Not as described Useless pillows and not as described. Very poor quality and for a medium pillow this is ridiculous, so soft so not as per the description. Unable to return once pack open but how are you meant to see what the quality is like until you open? Very disappointing and unfortunately seems to becoming the norm with M&S items
