i am sorry to these were dreadful,perhaps could have got used to such firmness i ordered medium, but it was the smell of them, i unpacked them straight away and noticed then but left them all day thinking once i put the protecter and normal pillowcase on it would be ok,it wasn't so i would not recommend .
