We decided to try feather and down pillows having used hollow fibre ones. A gift from my wife’s brother for my wife paid for them. My wife has a rare untreatable leukeamia and needs comfortable bedding to be able to sleep. Mistakenly, I ordered firm pillows and should have ordered medium ones. They are fine but too firm for her. Any suggestions?

Too soft to be firm

I bought these pillows as I was struggling to find a supportive pillow as I was experiencing neck pain. I trust M&S as a brand therefore bought them from here. Unfortunately they were too soft so I gave them away and didn’t help my neck

Medium (not firm) but perfect for me. I did go by the reviews as I wanted a medium firmness and it’s perfect. They did however smell a little “farm” like on initial opening. I did air them for a couple of days and it went away

Great pillows at a brilliant price. Very comfortable , not too soft or too hard - just right! Full but not overfull, quality covers so will hopefully will last a while. Finally getting a great nights sleep at last. The price was brilliant and have already recommended them to friends and family!

Love these pillows. Feel like good quality. Look full when they have a pillow case on. Very comfortable. They're firm for a feather pillow. Bear in mind feather or down pillows are never as firm as synthetic pillows. I paired with a set of soft down pillows for a an option for each.

The pillows turned up beautifully packaged. They are so comfortable. I sleep on my back, side and front. I’ve always needed two pillows in the past, but I am now having the best sleep I’ve had in years on just one. These are very high quality pillows at a very reasonable price.

Great quality pillows
My last duck feather and down pillows were more than double the price and not a patch on these. Based on the reviews, I went for firm and they are so comfortable. Unlike many reviewers, I do not find them too firm. Your head just sinks in and feels wonderful !

These are very firm, your head will not sink into it. My mistake I ordered the wrong ones, too firm for me. First time ever I hope they’ll soften after use. Hey ho, can’t afford more.
