Great pillow to alleviate my neck pain
Great for my neck. I had been struggling with neck & shoulder pain. I bought this cushion to help alleviate it and it worked for me. I have only given it 4 as I usually buy feather pillows and it was man made material. It did misshape a little and arrived with a chemical smell which faded after a few days. Would buy again as it has made sleeping less painful for me.

Yes, I recommend this
The pillow was bought for medical reasons. At first we found a bit too thick, but the solution was to remove the firm piece of foam and after that it was found to be most comfortable.

Pillow is acceptable
I am keeping this pillow because it is the right height for me but it feels much cheaper than memory foam. It has not relieved my neck pain.

I chose this pillow because it's for a front- side- and back-sleepers (I am all 3). I've recently had a whiplash injury and upgrading my pillow is one of the best things I could have done. I will definitely be buying this again, when this one gets too old.

Its been over two weeks since using the pillow. My shoulder has been somehow hurting more and leading to uncomfortable sleep rather than making it better. Will now try without and see if gets any better or worse.

Not for me. A lovely freebie. But I struggle with neck pain because of bone problems in my cervical spine. I did give this a go but it made my symptoms worse. Its in the guest room now. But I am grateful for it being free and for having to try it. Difficult to give stars as it's not for me and I dont want to be unfair or give the wrong impression so I will give 3 as thats half way to a compromise

Paid a lot more than usual for my pillow as it was a treat from my Christmas gift. Have trouble sleeping so thought this amazing pillow would help? Not helpful at all in fact went back to my £5 pillow as no different to my comfort? Disappointing purchase.

I read reviews on this pillow but still bought it. After a couple of nights of increased and different pain ....to be expected when you put your head and neck in a different position ... I am delighted to say my sleep is now improving and the pain in my shoulder that waa keeping me awake has decreased as the pressure from it has been removed somewhat . Extremely grateful to the pillow and to my decision to make the purchase . Miracles are a rare thing but this pillow needs to be given a fair trial. Yes it does need a good shake to get the supporting padding back into the neck area but it is worth it ...after all most pillows are improved with a good plumping !!

Bought this pillow as get neck aches and migraines at times. Was disappointed and surprised that it comprises of a flat shaped piece of foam with a mass of loose hollowfill on top which you can choose how much to keep in the pillow. Thought it would have more moulding of the foam. Did not find it more supportive and have returned to normal pillow.

I bought this a few weeks ago now and it's brilliant. Was having real problems with painful shoulders and neck pain too. Even buying new pillows didn't help. This has helped hugely. The shape of the pillow really makes a supportive difference and the pain at night has really eased. Great way to find some relief at night and get some sleep!
