I am a side sleeper. These pillows provide me the right level of support and firmness. Good quality and think they will retain their bounciness for a bit longer than most other pillows

Far too soft
No, I don't recommend this
Unfortunately these pillows are really soft. When laying on my side, my head sinks so far into them that the material covers my nose & they don’t provide anywhere near to the level of support I’d expect from a pillow that describes itself as “Firm”. If I was able to return them I would have. It put me off buying any more pillows from M&S because the description was pretty misleading in this case.

I’m really pleased with these firm pillows, they are big and fluffy! I sleep on my side and they are just the right depth. They don’t actually feel too firm. I haven’t given them full points because I’ve only had them for 2 weeks so don’t really know how they will last but so far they are great and keeping their shape.
